Description

Enjoy and explore the iconic Dubai desert as you float gently in our hot air balloon. The balloon rides start just before sunrise and therefore, you need to wake up before dawn and take an early morning drive to catch the glimpse of the natural beauty all around you. The hot air balloon ride starts with a quick pre-flight briefing and then, you are aboard the basket to glide all across the vast expanse of the desert of Dubai.

Terms & Conditions

  • 24 hours prior booking is required
  • Season valid from 01st September 2023 to 31st May 2024
  • Sharing transfers for Deluxe & Standard packages are done either by Land Cruiser / Hiace
  • Pick up time between 4:00am to 4:30am 
  • A final confirmation of your pick-up time including your driver details will be shared by 6pm a day prior to your tour date
  • Not allowed for participants with serious back/knee problems or recovering from surgery
  • Not allowed for participants with serious heart related conditions
  • Not allowed for pregnant women 
  • Not allowed for participants with emotional or physical disabilities or impairments
  • Anyone had major surgery during last 6 months
  • Not recommended for participants with Phobia of heights or flying
  • Minimum allowed age is 5 years
  • Maximum allowed age is 80 years
  • Due to current guidelines, guests with high risk medical conditions, chronic diseases and respiratory illnesses will not be able to join our tour.
  • Maximum weight for any passenger is 120kgs (there will be an extra ticket charge if weight limit is exceeded)
  • Price mentioned is for per person
  • Prohibited Items: Gun, Lighter, Professional - High Zooming Camera, Luggage Bag, Alcohol, Knife
  • Transfers will be on sharing basis
  • Seats are not pre-allocated. Seating will depend on the order of picking up guests from different locations or as per driver's instruction
  • Dress Code: Summer - Loose comfortable clothes and Winter - Warm clothes are recommended
  • The operator may reschedule the tour in case of  technical problem, weather conditions, ATC permission or will refund the amount within 10-15 working days
  • Cancellation before 72 hours - 100% refund
  • No refund in case of cancellation less than 72 hours or no show
  • Mandatory documents required for booking: - Passport Copy/Emirates ID (Without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly)
