• Can I pay at the boarding point?
  The rate mentioned on the website is valid only if booked online on bookmytour.ae
  
  
• What are the timings of Dhow Cruise?
  The Dhow Cruise operates daily and boarding starts from 7:45 PM onwards, and the cruise time is 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM
  
  
• What happens in case I missed the cruise?
  In the event of no show, the booking will be marked as absent and 100% charges will apply.
  
  
• How does the seating work?
  The cruise seating policy is as per cruise operator
  
  
• Is alcohol available on board?
  The cruise has a bar onboard and drinks can be bought for an extra charge
  
  
• What is the cancellation policy?
  To get refund (less card charges)  cancellation has to be done 48 hours before the tour time.
  If cancellation is done less than 48 hours before the tour, then will not be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  No-show will also be considered as no refund
