- No cancellation or rescheduling once tickets are issued

- Children under 2 years of age are free of charge
- Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (15+ years old)
- Dolphin and Seal Show Timings: 11am, 2pm and 6pm (Wednesday to Monday)

- All entrants must pay AED 5 entry to creek park this charge is made by Dubai Municipality and is non negotiable
