  • Kindly provide original official photo id or passport  upon check in
  • Only 6 (six) persons are allowed to go together in one flight
  • Dress Code: Wear light, comfortable clothing (please note scarves and hats are not permitted safety reasons).
  • Only sunglasses and a smartphone or camera are permitted on board. Complimentary lockers will be available for other valuables. Selfie sticks and tablets are not permitted onboard.
  • Price mentioned is for per person
  • Activity is subject to weather conditions and can be rescheduled at suitable date and time.
  • A 100% refund (minus 05% cancellation fee) will be granted if a flight is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to departure.
  • A 50% refund (minus 05% cancellation fee) will be granted if a flight is cancelled 24 to 48 hours prior to departure.
  • No refund will be granted for flights cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
  • If the flight had to be cancelled by Falcon Tours due to weather conditions or technical problems, the customers will be notified through a phone call. A full refund can be granted, or a rescheduled booking can be arranged.
  • A 5% cancellation fee will apply for all bookings that have been paid for.
  • Passengers are insured in congruence with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorities regulations.
  • Smoking, food and beverages are prohibited on our helicopter flights.
